Training Options

1. DSV Online Group Course

  • 4-6 DSV employees per group.
  • One DSV group coordinator organizes the schedule.
  • Online group lessons via the platform “Berlitz Live Online”.
  • You’ll make solid progress: Participants improve on average by one Berlitz level.
  • If no group is available within 2 months, you join an Online “Open” Group Course with students outside DSV.
  • 40 hours – €750 per person.

2. Open Online Group Course

  • Public group (not only DSV employees) with a fixed schedule.
  • Online group lessons via the platform “Berlitz Live Online”.
  • You’ll make solid progress: Participants improve on average by one Berlitz level.
  • 40 hours – €650 per person.

3. Private Flex Berlitz Live Online

  • You will have private online lessons with a native speaker via the platform “Berlitz Live Online”.
  • Flexible schedule – book your own lessons at your best convenience.
  • 40 lessons (45 minutes per lesson) – €2050 per person – you’ll progress on average one Berlitz level.
  • 20 lessons (45 minutes per lesson) – €1050 per person – you’ll progress on average half a Berlitz level.

4. Private Lessons (In-Person at Berlitz)

  • You will have private in-person lessons with a native speaker at Berlitz centers (Maastricht, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, The Hague).
  • Depending on the program:
  • You’ll progress on average 1 or 1,5 Berlitz levels.
  • Price: €2800 – €3800 per person.

What is Berlitz?

What are the Berlitz language levels?

Berlitz language levels align with the CEFR framework (A1–C2). The chart below shows how the levels correspond. Upon completion, your course certificate will indicate your Berlitz level.

What is our training method?

Our lessons are fully immersive and conducted entirely in the language you're learning. Each session is goal-oriented and based on real-life situations to ensure practical, lasting results.

What is the “Berlitz Live Online” (“BLO”) platform?

BLO is an online platform for lessons with access to study materials and homework. BLO offers
learners to watch recorded lessons again for review. You need a computer (not available on
mobile).

Please note: only one person per screen is allowed – please don’t share a screen although you
might be in the same room with your DSV colleagues.

How do you register?
  • Talk to your manager about your learning needs.
  • Your manager enrolls you via HR.
  • Berlitz will contact you.
